There is no doubt that everybody knows who is Manish Malhotra. He was born in December 1966. He is an Indian fashion designer, filmmaker, entrepreneur, and revival based in Mumbai, India.

The founder of the label of the same name, Manish Malhotra, has been deeply entrenched in the fashion and film world for the past three decades. He has designed and designed more than thousands of films and won many awards. He is known for redefining and updating how actors appear in Indian films and reviving some of the country’s forgotten handicrafts.

Recipient of numerous awards, Malhotra has risen to prominence for his masterful work in cinema with Bollywood, Telugu, Tamil, Hollywood, television, and the fashion industry.

Malhotra is best known for his view of the importance of fashion in films and often became part of the process of reading narrative and script to develop film costumes.

Malhotra was honored with the Priyadarshini Memorial Award for his contribution to the fashion industry. Filmfare presented the Filmfare Award for Best Costume Design in 1996 to honor Malhotra for his work on design and design in the film Rangeela (1995).
